Free Curbside Delivery:

This option includes delivery of your item(s) to the end of your driveway. Assembly or trash removal is not included in this service.

1. Your order will ship to a local terminal and the carrier will call to schedule an appointment for drop off.  (Appointments are Monday-Friday)
2. The delivery driver will unload the truck via lift-gate to the end of the driveway.
3. Once unloaded, the driver will ask for a signature stating all items are undamaged. Before signing, please inspect boxes for damage. Note any damage with the driver on the delivery receipt.

White Glove Installation:

This option includes delivery and setup by a professional company within your home.

1. Your order will ship to one of our certified local installers.
2. They will pre inspect your order for damage.
3. Once inspected the installer will contact you to schedule delivery & setup in your home.
4. After installation, you will be asked to sign a completed install receipt.
5. Time to play!

Cancellation/ Return Policy:
